Pre/Post Surgery Facial Care for Healing and Lymphatic Drainage
Promote Healthy Recovery
Preparation for this Treatment
Preparing your skin with DMK enzyme therapy prior to undergoing a surgery can significantly enhance the outcomes of your procedure, and decrease chances of complications after. Enzyme therapy treatments effectively eliminate dead skin cells, and stimulate cellular activity to allow the skin to function better. Moreover, enzyme therapy treatments promote skin oxygenation and blood flow, stimulating healing, and minimizing the chances of postoperative complications. By boosting collagen production, enzyme therapy treatments can also enhance skin health and appearance both before and after surgery, ultimately providing a more youthful and radiant complexion. By incorporating enzyme therapy into your pre-surgery skincare routine, you can achieve optimal results, a faster recovery time, and the satisfaction of knowing that you've taken every step to ensure the best possible outcome for your procedure.
Post-operatively, your skin may be inflamed, swollen, and sensitive, which can prolong the healing process and affect the quality of the results. Enzyme therapy can help to reduce inflammation and accelerate the healing process by promoting lymphatic drainage and increasing blood circulation to the skin. Additionally, enzyme therapy facials can help to replenish and nourish the skin with essential nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants, which can improve the overall health and vitality of your skin. This can help to minimize scarring, discoloration, and other postoperative concerns, resulting in a smoother, more even complexion. By incorporating enzyme therapy into your post-operative skincare regimen, you can accelerate your recovery time, reduce discomfort, and achieve the best possible results from surgery.
We Treat the Skin Both Prior to Surgery and After Surgery to Ensure Fast Healing and Minimized Complications
-
Pre-Operative Renew
Prepare the skin around the face, neck, and chest for surgery by strengthening tissue, oxygenation and blood supply, and function for better results, faster healing, and less chance for complications. One to six Enzyme Therapy Treatments prior is optimal for best preparation. However, one is better than none. Treatments should occur once a week before surgery, with the last treatment approximately five to seven days prior to surgery.
This is a great option to prepare for face/neck lift, rhinoplasty, otoplasty, blepharoplasty, brow lift, lift lip, or other facial/neck surgery.

Post-Operative Renew
This Post Operative Treatment is to be scheduled 3 days post surgery after facial or neck surgery such as a rhytidectomy to help with lymphatic drainage, tissue oxygenation, wound and bruising healing, and avoidance of common complications.
For best results, this treatment would be done on day three, five, nine and then weekly for 2 weeks. Continued professional treatments are highly recommended for general skin maintenance and to assist in correcting other presenting skin conditions.
