You must have had your teeth cleaned within the last three months to be a candidate, as well as make sure to plan to avoid colored or staining foods, beverages, and smoking for 48 hours after.
Get up 8-10 shades lighter in one session! This is recommended for first-timers, those with a lot of staining, and those with a history of smoking. Get ready for nap time!

Get 4-6 shades lighter in just 30 minutes! This is a great touch up option if you have recently had your teeth bleached or have pretty light teeth already.
